Help Us Bring Pony Club to Northern Indiana
We would like to help start a pony club in the South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Plymouth, Walkerton, North Liberty areas."Pony Club provides opportunities for instruction and competition in English riding, horse sports and horse management for children and young adults up to 21 years of age. The term "pony" reflects the age of the members, rather than the size of the mount. Horses and ponies of many different breeds, shapes, and sizes are seen in Pony Club activities." - PonyClub.org
We have the facilities available and would like to invite your family to help us start a pony club in our area for the kids. Just like scouting, Pony Club helps to teach kids responsibility, positive self-esteem, accountability, courage, good work ethics, concentrataion and focus, team work, friendship, and many other great characteristics. On top of all this, they teach proper riding instruction and how to have fun with horses and other riders.
